Packaging design for an olive oil made for 'Greasers'. The brief was to create an olive oil brand specifically for the use of 50’s subculture, 'Greasers'. Turmoil the brand was built around the myth surrounding James Dean's second film, 'Rebel Without a Cause'. The production designers on set found an all-round use of olive oil for keeping Dean’s costumes and style in check on screen. This multi-use olive oil was found, along with the recipe, at the scene of his death, and so began the legend that is Turmoil.
